Disclaimer: Effective June 1, 2015, Volvo introduced the Customer Lifetime Parts & Labor Warranty for retail customers who purchase an eligible Volvo Genuine Replacement Part and have it installed by an authorized Volvo retailer. This warranty allows you to pay once for a covered repair and never pay for it again, offering lasting peace of mind and long-term value. The warranty is provided by Volvo Car USA, LLC, the original equipment manufacturer. Galpin Volvo and Galpin Motors, Inc. do not independently warranty any parts or labor. The warranty does not cover accessories, wear-and-tear items, or consumables, including but not limited to batteries, keyless entry batteries, timing belts, filters, belts, brake pads, rotors (except in cases of run-out), wiper blades, spark plugs, clutch linings, floor mats, upholstery or rugs, and tires (refer to the tire manufacturer’s warranty for coverage). The warranty does not apply to parts purchased by third parties such as independent repair shops or body shops, nor to over-the-counter parts not installed by an authorized Volvo dealer. These parts are covered by a two-year parts-only warranty from the purchase date, excluding labor and installation-related failures. The Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser, with proof of purchase and installation required for any claim. It does not cover parts replaced under Volvo’s New Car, Certified Pre-Owned, or VIP Warranties, though repairs made under those programs are covered for the remaining duration of the applicable warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer. The Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship but excludes parts needing replacement due to outside influences, accidents, or vehicle modifications. Offer expires 12/31/2025.
